What WellNEST Medicine™ Delivers:

  • Three people, two adults and a child, walk on the beach holding hands with the child, near the ocean waves.

    Nurturing Activities

These activities get you out of bed in the morning & excite you throughout the day.

  • People participating in a yoga class, stretching on their mats in a spacious indoor studio, in support of lifestyle changes.

Exercising & Eating Fruits and Veggies

    Move first! Food first!
Find ways to move and eat vegetables, beans, whole grains, oatmeal, seeds, nuts, & fruits daily and more simply.

  • A woman with long black hair, wearing a white shirt, is practicing meditation with her hands forming a heart shape, near a body of water, sitting on a large rock, in support of lifestyle changes.

    Sleep & Stress Management

Bedrooms that promote feelings of calm can influence sleep. Simple approaches can help manage stress and mental health without drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.

  • Close-up of a woman with curly hair, smiling, with hands framing her face, wearing a black sleeveless top and a black wristband, against a blue background in support of lifestyle changes.

    Timed Mindful Breaks

Timed mindful breaks at home and work can “reset” the day. Looking away from screens is important for both eye and mental health.
